The Committee is in charge of dissemination of information, which may take many, and varied forms for seminars, round table discussions, workshops, TV programs, and other related activities.
The Committee shall be under the supervision of the Vice President until such time that a Chairman can be appointed and Members are chosen from among the PAPSHI active members.

Membership and Accreditation
The Committee shall be in-charge of reviewing the credentials of applicants, and recommending acceptance or non-acceptance for membership to the Board of Directors, as the case may be.
The Committee shall be under the supervision of the Secretary until such time that a Chairman can be appointed and Members are chosen from among the PAPSHI active members.
The Committee shall evaluate the status of members based on their attendance to PAPSHI activities and payment of dues.

Training, Continuing Medical Education and Scientific Activities
The Committee shall be concerned with strengthening the knowledge and skills of its members on School Health.
The Committee shall develop Training Courses – basic and advanced – in School Health.
In connection with this function, the committee shall coordinate with the Committee on Continuing Education of PAFP, the National Teachers Training Center for Health Education, the School Health and Nutrition Center of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, the Philippine Pediatrics Society, the Health Educators Association of the Philippines, the Philippine College of Physicians and other legitimate professional organizations.

Research
The Committee shall serve as advisers of various research projects as a means of advancing the academic aspect/pursuit of the subspecialty and the improvement and relevance of the school health program in schools.
The Committee shall be responsible for coordinating with agencies, such as the Philippine Council for Research and Health Development for funding of research projects.

Constitution and By-laws
The Committee is in charge of the formulation and review of the Constitution and By-laws of PAPSHI.
The Committee shall study and interpret the Constitution and By-laws.
The Committee shall bring to the attention of the Board of Directors any violations of the various provisions of the Constitution and By-laws.
The Committee shall be under the supervision of the Auditor until such time that a Chairman can be appointed and Members are chosen from among the PAPSHI active members.

Ways and Means
The Committee shall spearhead the solicitation of funds or any form of support for PAPSHI’s projects/ activities.
The Committee shall be under the supervision of the Treasurer until such time that a Chairman can be appointed and Members are chosen from among the PAPSHI active members.
The Committee shall organize fund-raising activities for the Organization.
The Committee shall solicit advertisements and/or sponsorships for the organization’s publication.
All solicited and raised funds shall be turned over to the PAPSHI treasurer for proper accounting.

Special Committees
a. Convention
This is a special committee created solely for the organization and planning of the annual national convention of PAPSHI.
The chair is an appointed position and chosen from among the members of the board of directors.
The committee shall work with the other standing committees in the organization of the convention.

This is a special committee solely created for the purpose of supervising and implementing the process of election for the new board of directors and officers held during the Annual National Convention.
The committee is made up of a Chair and two Members. They are appointed positions by the Board of Directors chosen among past board members.
